Terms of Use — Fresh Root Eatery

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Fresh Root Eatery website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & subscriptions

Subscriptions are available on daily, weekly and monthly schedules. Daily delivery orders must be placed before 8pm IST the previous day. Pickup is available from our Chennai location during posted hours. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing; active subscriptions will be notified before any change takes effect.

4. Delivery & pickup

We deliver within select Chennai serviceability zones. Pickup orders not collected within the same day may be discarded for food safety reasons. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Allergens & food safety

Our bowls may contain dairy, nuts, seeds and other common allergens. Please review ingredients and add notes for our kitchen when subscribing. Consume your bowl on the day of delivery for best quality.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Root Eatery's liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
